Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\r\nKey Responsibilities:Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform and or Terragrunt, and Helm for charting K8s deployments.\r\nOptimize CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.\r\nEnsure platform high availability and reliability.\r\nImplement robust observability and alerting.\r\nImplement security best practices in compliance with regulation and enterprise standards.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments.\r\nStay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.\r\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key skills; AWS, Docker, Terraform, Python, file storage.\r\n5 years' experience with below technologies and competencies\r\nAWS: IAM | EC2: AMIs, EBS, EFS*\r\nNetworking (VPC) | DNS (Route53) | EKS | CloudWatch | CloudWatch Alerts | Docker | Kubernetes | Terraform | Terragrunt | Helm | Git | GitHub | GitLab | Splunk | OTel | Prometheus | Grafana | AlertManager | Python | Shell scripting\r\nAgile | Problem-solving skills | Strong written and oral communication\r\nExperience with any distributed file storage technologies, e.g. NFS, FSx for OpenZFS etc.\r\nWorking knowledge of financial markets and instruments.\r\nFront Office engineering experience with an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund, or IB\r\nR coding experience with RStudio.\r\nGo coding experience.\r\nWork Flexibility This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week\r\nOur client is a leading Investment Management Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
