This role involves designing and developing data-driven visualizations, dashboards, and web applications to support mission-critical analytics initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and deliver modular, scalable software applications to support customer analytics needs.\nCreate and edit visual content including maps, charts, and graphs.\nTransform data sets, both quantitative and qualitative, into compelling visuals that inform decision-making.\nProvide visual, technical, and editorial guidance across cybersecurity teams.\nSupport web development, web engineering, and dashboard integration.\nWork with large datasets, performing ETL (extract, transform, load) using languages like Python or R and database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.\nDesign dashboard layouts, visual elements, and interactivity, including chart types, color palettes, and other design elements to ensure clarity and impact.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience\nExperience with SQL and PowerBI for dashboarding.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.\nDesired:\nExperience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExperience with Python or R and database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL.\nClearance:\nUS Citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nLocation:\nHybrid-remote in Washington, DC, with expected 2-3 days on-site per week\nAbout Tyto Athene:\nCompensation:\nCompensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $95,000-$105,000.
