This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.\r\nWhat You'll Bring (Requirements)\r\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.\r\nA High School Diploma or GED is preferred.\r\nAvailability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).\r\nFamiliarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.\r\nStrong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.\r\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\r\nYou're ready to learn all the meat cuts.
