Be part of a collaborative environment that values creativity and technical expertise.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct bench top experiments and analytical measurements in the lab.Test new products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content, shelf-life, and compliance with standards.Support the development and commercialization of new/improved products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects that meet business objectives.Manage feasibility assessments, prototype development, and factory trials.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3–4 years of product development experience.Strong benchtop formulation capability.Hands-on experience in running bench experiments and related lab techniques.Ability to manage multiple projects with semi-structured oversight.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.Full availability to work onsite Monday–Friday.Willingness to travel 15% to factory locations (travel is reimbursed).PreferencesInternship or full-time experience in product development.Experience with condiments, sauces, soups, or mac & cheese.Exposure to foodservice or away-from-home product categories.Experience with sensory testing, shelf life studies, or analytical/nutritional testing.If you're ready to innovate and lead in the food industry, apply now to join our team in Glenview, IL!By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
