The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with Product Managers, Developers, Customer Success teams, and leadership to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building scalable quality systems rather than simply executing test cases.\n\n***This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST be available to work EST hours, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nQuality Strategy\n Develop and continuously improve QA processes\n Establish testing standards and best practices\n Create risk-based testing approaches\n Drive quality metrics and reporting\n Improve release confidence and production stability\nManual Testing\n Create detailed test plans and test cases\n Perform exploratory testing\n Execute regression testing\n Validate complex business workflows\n Reproduce and document defects clearly\nTest Automation\n Design and implement automated testing frameworks\n Build and maintain UI automation suites\n Build and maintain API automation suites\n Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines\n Monitor and improve automation coverage and reliability\nAPI Testing\n Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman\n Validate authentication, authorization, and error handling\n Create automated API regression suites\n Analyze API logs and payloads\nData Validation & Reconciliation\n Validate application data against underlying databases\n Perform data reconciliation between systems\n Investigate production issues using SQL\n Verify integrations and ETL processes\n Build repeatable validation processes\nDocumentation\n Create and maintain:\no Test Plans\no QA Processes\no Release Validation Checklists\no Regression Suites\no Status Reports\no Defect Documentation\nCollaboration\n Partner directly with developers during feature delivery\n Participate in design and requirements reviews\n Drive bug triage discussions\n Communicate quality risks clearly to stakeholders\n\nRequired Experience\nMust Have\n 5+ years QA experience within SaaS products\n Demonstrated experience owning quality for complex web applications\n Strong manual testing experience\n Strong test automation experience\n Experience testing APIs\n Strong SQL skills\n Experience working in Agile environments\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills\nAutomation Tools\nExperience with one or more:\n Playwright\n Cypress\n Selenium\n TestCafe\nAPI Tools\nExperience with:\n Postman\n Swagger/OpenAPI\n REST APIs\nData Validation\nExperience with:\n SQL Server\n PostgreSQL\n MySQL\nAbility to:\n Write queries\n Compare datasets\n Validate business calculations\n Investigate data discrepancies\n\nPreferred Experience\nAI-Enabled QA\nExperience using AI tools to improve quality processes:\nExamples:\n AI-assisted test case generation\n AI-assisted automation creation\n AI-assisted bug analysis\n AI-assisted regression identification\n AI-assisted documentation generation\n AI-assisted exploratory testing\nSaaS Experience\nExperience with:\n B2B SaaS platforms\n Enterprise software\n Multi-tenant applications\n Authentication / SSO systems\n Complex business workflows\nMore about Us\nWe foster a collaborative, engaging, mission-driven culture that values innovation and prioritizes customer success.
