Interacts & communicates with internal resources such as Estimation, Preconstruction, Engineering, OTS/Controls, CX and operations teams to produce the overall delivery proposals. Has professional appearance and excellent communication skills.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Data Center Implementation (DCI)\ni. Design Build Projects\nii. Other Construction (Turnkey Projects)\niii. White Space Fit Out (TFO)\nb. Service Operations (SO)\ni. Battery Install\nii. Battery Maintenance\niii. Electrical Maintenance / Testing\niv. Facility Operations\nv. HVAC Install\nvi. HVAC Maintenance\nvii. Monitoring\nviii. OTS/Controls\nix. QA/QC and CX Services\nPrepares proposals and participates in presentations, as necessary, in conjunction with the PreCon Managers/Estimators.\nWorks with the marketing team to ensure we have the necessary components within our proposal package.\nAssists on startup package for project handoffs upon award for Sales Rep.\nReviews awarded projects with Operations/Project Manager.\nIs responsible for assisting in special projects.\nAdvocates and enforces proper safety measures in all company operations.\nTravel\nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation/Experience (Desired):\nMinimum 2-3 years of general construction, mechanical, electrical, low volatage or trade school experience.\nKnowledge of Project Management/Bidding software Procore\nMust have a stable work history\nField experience is preferred but not required\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, engineering, or related degree.\nExperience in program/project management is a plus.\nKnowledge/Computer Skills:\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office packages.\nAbility to communicate with Internal resources to determine their needs.\nAbility to forecast requirements, resources and projected timelines required to complete the deliverable.\nBasic accounting skills.\nAbility to work closely with management.\nMust have excellent verbal and written skills.\nGood reasoning and logic skills.\nExcellent time management skills.\nComfortable and persistent with follow up and accountability.\nCertificates and Licenses:\nNo certificates or licenses required\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNo supervisory responsibilities with this position.\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
