The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet the qualifications required to perform this job successfully. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nServe as a role model for operators in safety, quality, attendance, conduct, performance, and efficiency.\nEstablish expectations of workmanship to meet quality and productivity requirements and follow work in process closely to assure that these are maintained.\nAssure work assignments are being completed effectively, assist employees to resolve production problems.\nConduct investigations necessary related to quality, safety, or other production related matters.\nWork closely with others in Manufacturing Operations to assure compliance with the established Manufacturing Procedures.\nInitiate and maintain ongoing and consistent communication with the Production Supervisor.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nStrong time management skills.\nAbility to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities.\nAbility to work in a fast paced, smaller company environment.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nGood computer literacy.\nMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Array Technologies values our employees’ time off but occasionally; to meet business needs, this position may require some evening and weekend hours.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in production manufacturing.\nSAP experience preferred.\nExperience in leading teams, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nLifting requirements: 50lbs\nStanding hours: 90%\nComputer hours: 10%\nWork environment is fast paced; noise and temperature levels can vary.\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nMust pass a drug screen.\nMust pass a background check.\nMust pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)\nSafety:\nIf your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.\nArray operates under strict guidelines and safety standards.
