What You’ll Do Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications Support community outings, transportation, and activities Build positive relationships and encourage independence Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment What We’re Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and ability to build trust Adaptable, patient, and resilient Person-centered mindset with respect for individual differences What You Bring Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Required: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
