With a strong reputation and mission-driven foundation, the organization is continuing to expand its reach and influence.Position OverviewThis is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Executive Director and working closely with the Board of Directors.You’ll own all financial operations across the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while serving as a strategic advisor on financial planning and long term sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day financial operations including accounting, reporting, and complianceSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesPrepare and deliver financial reporting and insights to leadershipEnsure accuracy across general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial systemsMaintain compliance with audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirementsManage relationships with auditors, banks, and external partnersOversee grant tracking, reporting, and ensure compliance with funding requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field5+ years of accounting experienceNonprofit experience preferredExperience with SCFD/federal/state grants preferredWhy This Role?High visibility across leadership with meaningful impact on operationsOpportunity to strengthen financial processes and infrastructureBroad exposure across accounting, reporting, and nonprofit fundingStable organization with strong reputation and long term impactCollaborative, purpose-driven environment
