Utilizes and supports individual, team and quality/process\r\nimprovement efforts. Assures manufacturing processes meet requirements for process\r\ncapability, safety, customer service and reliability.Mission Statement:\r\nThe Operations Leadership Development Program empowers, equips, and trains the future\r\nleaders of Legrand by providing them with growth opportunities, leadership exposure, and real\r\noperational challenges in multiple business units.Main Job Duties:\r\nDevelop leadership skills in Operations through on the job experiences participating on and\r\nleading projects that drive high performance in our Operations.Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project driven positions in Operations during each\r\n12-month assignment at a location.
