Interns gain hands-on experience, tackle real-world challenges, and help shape innovative energy solutions in a collaborative, inclusive environment where every voice matters.The 3C Project Management Intern will assist in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing and manufacturing support activities to impact unit KPIs. Assist in coordination and communication of 3C (Cost, Cycle, Capacity) Summits and other 3C program related activities to support North American Manufacturing and Supply Chain.Join us in Savannah and help build the future of energy-one breakthrough at a time.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownershipUse project management tools to work directly with factory and sourcing teams to identify, develop, and lead projects to drive a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with teams across business entities, including globally, to drive projects to successful completion.Assist in the coordination and communication of 3C Summit activities and other cross collaboration leadership meetingsAssist in maintaining tracking and reporting systems including defining key metrics and providing clear/concise dashboards to report progress.Support development of procedures and documentation for program activities.Perform other such duties as may be required.RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering, business or similar field from an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals.Ability to make judgment decisions based on material specifications or technical requirementsAdvanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.Why Should You Apply?Excellent career development and advancement opportunities.On-the-job training.Committed to quality products and services.Great working environment and culture.Employee Appreciation Programs and Event.Fulltime employees are eligible for excellent benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K Matching), Tuition reimbursement and Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
