Front Desk Receptionist

Seeking a bilingual high-energy Part-time Receptionist (2-7pm, Monday through Thursday). *You must be bilingual (Spanish/English). No previous administrative experience necessary. We hire for personality and train for skills! Pay is $18-22/hr (depending on experience). *Current staff of 16 is being flown to Cabo for all inclusive trip due to hitting clinic goals* *Staff is treated very well for their hard work* *You must have great energy, be positive, great connector with patients and be able to multi-task. Rhodes chiropractic is a fast growing, high paced clinic featuring elite chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and onsite digital xray. Duties include: Greeting Patients Answering Phones Checking Patients In and Out Processing Paperwork Developing relationships with patients and knowing their needs Interact with patients on the phone and through online messaging system Scheduling Other administrative duties Handle insurance questions Take Payments Patient Recalls Occasional off-site scheduling at events * We are a positive team who encourages and uplifts each other and our patients. * Our patients often tell us "wow I love the energy in your office."
