We're seeking individuals with experience and interest in providing therapeutic massage including but not limited to Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Cupping, and Scrapping. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping others through non-invasive but deeply affecting treatments. This is an excellent place for experienced practitioners to continue doing what they love in an environment that is staff centered and for new massage therapists to grow their practice and hone in on their skills. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service. Accurately describe the benefits and potential results of a massage. Work in a collegial setting with other practitioners to provide a full body integrated approach to wellness. Accurately assess what type of massage is appropriate for each client, such as relaxation massage or deep tissue massage. Participate in building a community within MEND by supporting other practitioners and attending MEND classes and events. Light computer work checking clients in and out Writing and keeping SOAP notes up to date after each session Qualifications - Required Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology - Proficiency in patient assessment and acute pain management - Experience in trigger point therapy and pain management techniques - Ability to provide exceptional patient service and communicate effectively - Previous experience in deep tissue massage and occupational health - Preferred background in med spa settings Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week License/Certification: Massage Therapy License (Required) Ability to Commute: Mequon, WI 53092 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Mequon, WI 53092: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
