This allows our associates to work with local businesses while enjoying the benefits of family and friends.This is an online advising position from a virtual office.Ideal Candidate Profile:5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership experience (advanced degree preferred).Creative, imaginative leadership with strong business acumen.Adaptability to diverse and unpredictable business environments.Proficiency in basic algebra and accounting.Professional demeanor and appearance.Excellent communication skills (executive and team).Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.Ability to quickly understand underlying business operations.Access to a computer and reliable internet connection (no travel required).Responsibilities:Learn Business Value principles and lawsDevelop and launch your absentee-run Executive Consultancy.Conduct reverse business appraisals (templates and training provided).Manage business value creation, collaborating with sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, landlords, and business brokers.Build and Maintain a Website and TeamCompensation:Performance-based compensation based on profits of the project with a contract with escalating bonuses tied to revenue, potential exceeding $100K+.Training:3-6 month training plus mentoring. Includes 8 introductory college level courses with no tuition cost from the International Institute of Business Value.
