$32.99-$35.35 per hourNew York, NYContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Creator Engagement Marketing Contractor to support our marketing team in executing outbound and onsite campaigns as well as serving as a project manager for our partner team intake. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CRM, product merchandising, and multi-channel campaign execution who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign ExecutionExecute email campaigns targeting High-Velocity Events (HVEs), seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiativesEnsure accurate audience segmentation, content personalization, and timely deploymentConduct QA checks and troubleshoot campaign issues prior to launchAnalyze campaign performance, extracting insights to inform future campaign strategyPush Notification ExecutionExecute push notification campaigns for HVEs, seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiativesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across channelsMonitor delivery and analyze campaign performance, extracting insights to inform future campaign strategyProduct Curation Landing Page CreationBuild and maintain onsite landing pages to surface deals during HVEs and for inspirational product sharingMerchandise products and deals that are on-trend and relevant to CreatorsEnsure accurate audience segmentation and experienceMonitor product and deal quality throughout HVEs, flagging and resolving issues in real timePartner Project ManagementManage marketing projects end-to-end in Asana, tracking timelines and deliverablesCoordinate with partner teams to align on dependencies and deadlinesSecure required approvals on all marketing placements prior to launchRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign executionLocated in Eastern Time ZoneExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionStrong written and verbal communication skills1–2 years of experience as a Marketing ManagerWorking with cross-functional stakeholdersPM systems experience (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience building campaigns in a CRM tool and managing projects within AsanaHands-on experience with onsite product curation or merchandisingFamiliarity with audience segmentationAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or contract settingExperience with reporting tools and creating performance recaps for stakeholdersEmail platform or merchandising platforms (CRM, Salesforce, etc.)Daily ScheduleBuilding emails from wireframes established by teamDeploy to influencers and publisherOn-site advertising, photos, content, etc.Learn to use Content SymphonyPull data from emails and push notificationsCreate operational efficienciesManage calendar process, etc.Degree or CertificationBachelor's degree (business related preferred)US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
