This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing curriculum, training and leading a team of Health Educators, and building strong community partnerships while advancing a Christ-centered mission.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nOversee all administrative functions of the education program, including managing the program schedule and teaching assignments for Health Educators, in partnership with the Clinic Director.\nWork with community contacts to schedule Health Educator presentations at schools and for community groups.\nCreate and manage the training calendar, materials, and supplies.\nTrain, observe, evaluate, and supervise Health Educators, including one-on-one coaching and group training as needed; act as a substitute Program Administrator or Health Educator when necessary.\nMaintain and report program metrics.\nRespond to inquiries from Health Educators, school administrators, teachers, parents, and others.\nInitiate quality assurance measures to evaluate programming and ensure regulatory compliance.\nWork with key parties to oversee curriculum development and revision.\nInterview and hire educators, volunteers, and interns.\nStay current on developments in sexual risk avoidance education, including research, statistics, and grant opportunities.\nProvide parent and teacher workshops, classroom presentations, community workshops, and SHAC presentations as needed.\nAssist in managing the material assistance program and overseeing the education budget.\nComplete required grant training, certifications, and SRAE documentation (Curriculum Implementation Plans, Survey Request Forms, MOUs), ensuring Health Educators maintain ASCEND Certification and curriculum aligns with grant requirements.\nSupport the Sr. Operations Director with grant reporting and financial reimbursement requests, and assist with new grant applications.\nTrain, supervise, and encourage volunteer instructors, and coordinate educational supplies and resources.\n\nCould This Be Your Next Step?\n\nWe're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in education, nursing, social sciences, or another relevant field required.\n\nDemonstrated experience in youth development, training, public speaking, program management, and nonprofit leadership preferred.\nKnowledge or background in sexual risk avoidance education strongly preferred.\nAbility to identify and utilize data collection software preferred.\nFluent in English and Spanish, preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to be flexible, solve problems quickly, and make clear, decisive decisions.\nLeads by example and enthusiastically supports all Source events and activities.\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with sound judgment.\nDemonstrates compassion, cheerfulness, and professionalism.\nCommitted Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, with a strong commitment to the sanctity of human life and sexual purity, and willingness to uphold the Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and policies of the center.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\n\nStrong leadership, training, and development of the Health Educator team.\nWell-organized, effectively scheduled education programming across SRAE, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting classes.\nCurriculum and materials that stay current, compliant, and aligned with grant requirements.\nAccurate program metrics and reporting.\nStrong relationships with schools, community groups, and volunteer instructors.\nSuccessful support of grant compliance, documentation, and reporting.\nPositive working relationships with the Clinic Director, staff, and volunteers.\n\nWhy Join The Source?\n\nAt The Source, education is more than delivering curriculum — it's shaping the next generation and equipping women, youth, and families with the knowledge and support they need to thrive.
