This role is designed to champion our ESG efforts: building awareness inside and outside the company, rallying Nexthinkers around the work, and ensuring what we do is trusted and audit-ready. The incumbent will build the infrastructure that makes Nexthink credible on sustainability and social impact, and tie it to engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture. They will work closely with senior leadership to align our ESG programs with business outcomes and report to the Head of Talent Success, as ESG lives at the intersection of people, learning, and purpose.\r\nESG Strategy & Governance\r\nDevelop and implement ESG strategy, policies, and governance frameworks aligned to business priorities\r\nLead the cross-functional ESG committee, publish the annual ESG report, and monitor risks and market trends\r\nEnvironmental Sustainability, Carbon & Certifications\r\nOwn carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3) and lead the SBTi-aligned emissions reduction roadmap\r\nManage the EcoVadis rating, CDP, and certifications, driving real environmental performance improvements\r\nData, Reporting & Assurance\r\nOwn ESG data collection, validation, and carbon methodologies\r\nEnsure CSRD/ESRS readiness, audit trails, and assurance support\r\nStakeholder Engagement\r\nManage ESG customer and investor requests\r\nSupport RFPs, due diligence, and aligned cross-functional responses\r\nSocial Impact & Responsible Business Practices\r\nLead workforce well-being, inclusion and belonging, and responsible business programs\r\nSupport ethics and accountability frameworks, and oversee the global volunteerism program with the local workplace team\r\nInternal Communications\r\nOwn ESG communications to leadership and employees, driving engagement and awareness across the company\r\nPlan and support communication touchpoints across global and P&T audiences (webinars, global meetings, etc.)\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years in ESG or sustainability – proven experience and a track record of success\r\nExpertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi\r\nCross-functional program management – ability to rally teams, align priorities, and drive results without formal authority\r\nStrong with data and storytelling – ability to validate numbers and explain what they mean\r\nDetail-oriented and execution-focused – deliver results beyond planning\r\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\r\nTotal Rewards @ Nexthink\r\nAt Nexthink, we offer a comprehensive and generous benefits plan.
