The ideal PM must be highly self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and a strong background in records management, production, and/or logistics and geographically dispersed Operations Support Services contracts (OSS).\nResponsibilities:\nMonitors the execution of project tasks, including but not limited to: project scheduling, planning, resource allocation, status reporting, managing resources and other related project activities.\nLeads daily and/or weekly project-based meetings.\nOversees the generation of daily, weekly and monthly project-based reports/deliverables.\nResponsible for full day to day operations of assigned project(s).\nManage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.\nReviews program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness to determine if the program is proceeding according to plan and on-target to meet stated goals and objectives.\nWorks with internal business analysts to analyze programs’ cost, schedule and scope metrics.\nCreates, reviews, and updates Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Program Status Reports and Past Performance documentation.\nResponsible for ensuring client satisfaction with day-to-day delivery of services, with the goal of gaining future opportunities.\nSupports the preparation for regularly scheduled meetings with Operations Department senior leadership, current contract government clients, and industry prime and subcontractor partners.\nWorks with the Contracts Department to manage and maintain a deliverables matrix for each assigned contract.\nPreparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.\nDevelop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree\n5 years of Program Management (including P&L responsibilities)\n5 years of government services industry experience\nActive Secret or Interim Secret clearance or ability to gain one\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.\nAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to details.\nProactive and collaborative team member\nWillingness to learn new skills.\nTravel to client sites up to 15% per year\nImportant Information:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
