Summary:As a key member of our Recruiting Team, the Engineering Recruiter plays a critical role in connecting top technical talent with the right opportunities. You’ll screen, interview, and match candidates to a wide range of engineering and technology roles while delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring partners. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, building relationships, and helping great people find meaningful work.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology positions, from sourcing to initial screeningWork closely with the recruiting team to understand the requirements, nuances, and priorities of each roleRespond quickly and effectively to incoming requisitionsSource high-quality candidates using multiple channels: direct outreach, online tools, referrals, research, professional networks, and moreUse resume databases and applicant tracking systems to identify, track, and manage candidate pipelinesConduct initial qualification calls to assess skills, experience, and role alignmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, professional organizations, and referral sourcesAttend recruiting events, job fairs, or networking sessions as needed to grow the talent pipelineQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)Strong internet research abilities and comfort using online tools/platformsAbility and willingness to learn technical terminology and conceptsHighly resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh achievement drive, resilience, and commitment to meeting goals
