About the Opportunity:The Network Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading networking infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing communication among stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and enhancements. The position supports the organization’s ability to maintain and advance its network systems, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI to improve project outcomes and operational efficiencies.3. Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end execution of networking projects including LAN/WAN upgrades, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure enhancements• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations• Track progress, identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule• Serve as primary contact for project updates and coordination• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and business units• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans• Ensure project compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and forecast revenue and gross margin• Provide accurate status reports covering timelines, risks, and financial updates4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of five years of IT project management or equivalent experience• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred• AI, ITIL, or networking certifications such as CCNA are advantageous• Experience managing networking-related projects such as LAN/WAN upgrades and multi-site deployments• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and related technologies• Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-driven tools in project management or network operations• Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet preferred) and methodologies (PMI, Agile)• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external vendors• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Experience with enterprise networking solutions or cloud technologies is a plus5.
