Production Pulse works closely with customers & partners to ensure seamless deployments and real value from our solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Production Pulse software components.\nBuild and maintain backend services, APIs, and database structures\nDevelop and enhance user-facing interfaces.\nIntegrate Production Pulse with IIOT devices, machine controllers, and third-party systems including but not limited to ERP platforms.\nEnhance performance, scalability, and system reliability.\nWrite clean optimized, and well documented code.\nTroubleshoot software defects and performance issues.\nContribute to architecture design and decision making.\nContribute to software releases, version control, and CI/CD processes.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers, partners and internal team members.\nComfortable troubleshooting software and hardware, including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and machine configurations\nAbility to follow documented processes\nExperience with version control systems. (Git)\nBasic understanding of networking, databases, and system integrations in highly regulated environments\nFamiliarity in Type Script, C#, Python, and other programming languages.\nFamiliarity in frameworks such as .NET, Prisma, and SQL Server.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with technical support, IT, or customer-facing technical roles\nFamiliarity with SaaS platforms or industrial/manufacturing environments\nExperience delivering training or user support\n2+ years of experience is desired\n\nThe Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Production Pulse platform, including backend services, frontend applications, database architecture, and IIOT integrations. This role works closely with technical support, leadership, and manufacturing team to build reliable software that operates in real-world manufacturing environments.\n\nSalary is commensurate with experience.
