Product Marketing Manager
DESCRIPTION:We're hiring a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to build the product marketing function from the ground up for a growing software platform.This is a high-ownership role for a builder. Someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and wants their work to drive real impact in the behavioral health space.What You'll Do:Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our SaaS platformDevelop customer targeting & messaging (CTM) — segmentation, personas, and competitive differentiationLead market research: win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and competitive intelligenceBuild and manage content strategy across social, email, blog, and sales enablementPartner with Sales to deliver battlecards, training, and messaging frameworks that improve conversionDrive cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing on launches and KPIsRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer eventsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaSProven track record driving GTM strategy and revenue growthExperience in high-growth or startup environmentsStrong content creation skills across multiple formats and channelsExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsPreferred: Background in healthtech, ABA software, or behavioral health marketingYou'll Thrive Here If You Are:A builder excited to create something new, not just maintain itData-driven and creative — you back strategies with numbersMission-aligned — you care about the communities we serve
