In partnership with the ABA Clinical Coordinator, the BCBA will be responsible for training, evaluation, ongoing supervision, and management of behavior technicians.\nWhat we offer\nCompensation: The role offers $70 to $75 per hour for clinical hours, along with the option to take on additional administrative hours at $25 per hour if you are interested. (On 1099)\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Alfac, IRA\nFully Remote opportunity with Flexible hours\nQualification\nMust be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.\nCertified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years, unless prior approval is granted by the Executive Director.\nAbility to demonstrate competence in skills on the current BACB Task List, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.\nAbility to work with a variety of clients in regard to age and functionality, with minimal direction.\nKnowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook systems.\nAbility to utilize a fax machine, phone system, and other office materials as necessary for the position.\nAbility to respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails within 24 hours.\nExperience:\nExperience working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with clients.\nPrior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred.
