Packing and fulfillment Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Packaging and Fulfillment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfillment, packaging, verifying and organizing inventory of licensed cannabis goods and other related warehouse duties. This position requires a commitment to safety and attention to detail while handling warehouse tasks. Duties Assist with product intake and receiving, verifying accuracy and compliance with cannabis regulatory and company standards. Pick and pull orders with precision, ensuring accurate product selection and quantities. Ensure all packaging meets state cannabis regulatory requirements. Scan product as directed to capture required data. Assist in warehouse operations, including organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborating with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines. Perform additional duties as required by operational demands. Requirements Must be over 21 years old. Familiarity with cloud-based communication system. Basic math skills for weighing and counting product. Safely lift and move inventory boxes up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to place and arrange products on all shelves and racks daily. Keep pace with regulatory and company standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate fulfillment and record-keeping.
