The Regional Manager leads operations for an assigned region within the organization. Acts as a liaison between the client and the company. Leads and directs local leaders regarding expansion, and improvement of broadband services throughout the area. The Regional Manager sets objectives and ensures financial profitability within a region. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Represents the company with the client, with the goal to expand the company’s footprint. Develops and implements strategies meant to assist the region in meeting its critical goals and supporting overall business objectives in the most efficient manner possible. Identifies and supports implementation of new lines of business to continue growing the local market share within the region. Serves as the main point of contact between locations within the assigned region and corporate leadership. Tracks regional performance and provides reports to management. Evaluates new business opportunities and recommends services to Senior Management. Establishes and implements goals within guidelines set by Senior Management. Acts as a liaison between the client and local team members regarding changes or problems. Education and Experience :Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3+ years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, Smartsheet. In-depth knowledge of business principles related to managing a fiber-to-the-premises business. Familiarity with budgeting, accounting, and fiscal management practices. Understanding of financial principles and the ability to evaluate fiscal information.
