About the Role A leading AI lab is hiring senior software engineers from top companies to evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks. Scope of Work Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design. Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases. Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design. Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university. Based in an English-speaking country.
