This hands-on leadership role oversees employees, workflow, production, quality, scheduling, and operational documentation while ensuring customer requirements and established quality standards are consistently achieved.\nYou don't have to come from the document imaging industry to bring valuable experience to this team. You'll also help to create an inclusive, safe, and productive workplace that supports employees of all abilities.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise daily document scanning, indexing, quality assurance, and shipment activities.\nPlan and assign work to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and deadlines.\nMonitor productivity, quality, workflow, and operational metrics and address performance concerns.\nTrain, coach, mentor, and develop employees while completing performance evaluations and supporting accountability.\nCoordinate employee scheduling, staffing, crosstraining, and overtime to maintain operational coverage.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures, customer requirements, chainofcustody standards, and departmental processes.\nConduct quality reviews and support corrective and preventive action activities.\nPerform final sampling reviews of scanned images and reproduced radiographic film images for quality and accuracy.\nMaintain production reports, inventory records, employee documentation, and other operational records.\nPartner with customers, leadership, and crossfunctional teams to resolve concerns and improve service delivery.\nSupport internal and external audits and maintain accurate, auditready documentation.\nPromote workplace safety, employee engagement, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAssociate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of two (2) to four (4) years of supervisory or leadership experience in document imaging, records management, manufacturing, production, or a related operational environment.\nExperience supervising, coaching, training, and developing employees in a productiondriven environment preferred.\nExperience with ISO 9001 or another quality management system preferred.\nExperience with document imaging, scanning, quality assurance, records management, or digitization operations preferred.\nStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, criticalthinking, and problemsolving skills.\nAbility to plan workflow, prioritize assignments, and manage changing operational demands.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn applicable document imaging, reporting, and records management systems.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nThis position works in a document imaging and production environment located within a warehouse/manufacturing or similar environment. The Supervisor regularly moves between office, production, document imaging, warehouse, and storage areas to oversee employees and monitor workflow.\nThe environment may include moderate to loud noise and active forklifts, material-handling equipment, machinery, and other industrial equipment. Employees must remain aware of their surroundings and follow designated walkways, PPE requirements, posted signage, and established workplace safety procedures.\nThe position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking; occasional bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling; and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally. The role also requires sufficient visual attention and concentration to review scanned images, radiographic film images, documentation, and completed work for accuracy and quality.
