Job Description MSF HospitalityCommercial Construction SuperintendentMSF Hospitality is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction General Superintendent to oversee multiple project sites, ensuring each project is executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. You'll be managing superintendents, coordinating resources, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. That's why we invest in people who take ownership and pride in their work, like you.Responsibilities:Manage on-site construction activities across assigned projectsLead, mentor, and manage the performance of site superintendents.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Plan and delegate responsibilities to assistant superintendents for all projects.Communicate clearly and professionally with the project team and subcontractorsProvide mentoring and oversight to Assistant Superintendents as neededHelp site supers coordinate activities of all subcontractors across multiple sites.Make sure site supers are conducting regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.Help develop and maintain project schedules.Ensure projects stay on schedule through effective planning and resource management.Material and equipment managementConduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.Ensures site superintendents are leading weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks.Monitor the budget and ensure potential cost overruns are identified.Identify potential owner change orders and elevate to project managementTrack and distribute any changes to plans through RFIs or bulletins.Review Superintendents RFIs prior to elevating them to project managementQualifications:10 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Manager or similar roleStrong leadership, time management, and coordination skillsProven ability to oversee multiple subcontractors and manage field logisticsProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with construction documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)Compensation & Benefits:Full time positionCompetitive salary at $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experienceOpportunity to work on multi-million dollar hospitality projectsStrong potential for career growth and advancement within MSF HospitalityTraining and development opportunitiesReady to build something meaningful?
