The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards through precise measurement and inspection using advanced CMM equipment. This position requires proficiency in CMM programming, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCMM Programming - Develop and implement CMM programs to inspect components, fixtures, and assemblies based on engineering drawings and specifications utilizing Calypso and PCDMIS. Optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot and debug programs to ensure reliable measurement results.\nMeasurement and Inspection - Perform dimensional inspections using CMM and other inspection equipment to verify part conformance. Analyze measurement data and create detailed inspection reports. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.\nQuality Assurance - Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to quality deviations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.\nDocumentation and Reporting - - Maintain accurate records of inspection results, CMM programs, and calibration records.
