Description: CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays) Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives. Position Summary: We will train you! This is a Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays) position Answer calls schedule appointments & jobs collect payments input customer information & remote deposits Follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Answer Customer's calls and questions Respond to technicians' needs Schedule appointments for Inspectors/Technicians Works closely with all Managers to ensure open communication and outstanding customer service is delivered consistently. Document Accounts Receivables and follows up on outstanding invoices for collections. Openings may not be immediate. Requirements: Job Qualifications and Skills: High School Graduate. Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls. Must have a strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in the English language. Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers. Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.. Must have the ability to multi-task. Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to work and ready to learn.
