monitor KPIs and business performance.\n\nPerform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.\n\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations.\n\nOptimize existing data science workflows and improve model performance.\n\nEnsure data quality, governance, and best practices throughout the analytics lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n2+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python or R.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying complex relational databases.\n\nHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as:\n\nScikit-Learn\n\nTensorFlow\n\nPyTorch\n\nExperience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and feature engineering.\n\nStrong understanding of:\n\nRegression Analysis\n\nHypothesis Testing\n\nProbability & Statistics\n\nExperience with data visualization tools such as:\n\nTableau\n\nPower BI\n\nMatplotlib\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nKnowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies.\n\nExperience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics,
