Project Manager 3We require the services of a Project Manager 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Project Manager 3, Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document.Level Description8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.Job DescriptionProject managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.Additional job details and special considerationsJob Description – The project manager will be working on E HR project. Duties will include the creation of all necessary project documentation such as business case workbooks, project charters and schedule, biennial operating plans and amendments, requirements gathering, coordination, reporting, planning, researching, coordinating, evaluating project management, developing data conversion & migration plans and implementation strategy. Work with business owners, IT to oversee the solution vendor managing application/data migration efforts, assuring the use of best practices and standards, assisting in the coordination and optimization of HHSC operations and program functions and providing recommendations. The project manager should act as liaison between business users and vendors to provide required information. Works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.Need to have EHR domain experience and good to have implementation experience. Good to have technical knowledge about databases, data migration etc.
