{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"9bbb4025f1a04af419b0a6c7","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9bbb4025f1a04af419b0a6c7","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9bbb4025f1a04af419b0a6c7","title":"SMTQC (with SMT/PCBA experience)","description":"# of openings:\n1 position for 1st shift, 6A - 2:30P\n2 positions for 2nd shift, 2:30P - 11P\nJob Description\nPCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT Parts based on IPC-A-610 and Customer Requirements.\nReport any non-conformance/defects during the manufacturing process via DGS system (Venture’s MES System).\nResponsible for accurately reporting yield data per the SMT QC Process.\nKnowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation for Surface Mount assemblies.\nConduct First Article Inspection Process for SMT Line.\nResponsible for verifying Feeder Placement and Installation on Pick-n-Place Machine.\nResponsible for checking component polarity, value, orientation, and placement.\nOperate AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Machine and review false calls.\nResponsible for stopping the SMT line, if needed, due to Quality Issues.\nResponsible for feedbacking any information to Process and Quality Engineering departments for process improvements.\nResponsible for any additional in-process inspection points determined by Quality Engineering.\nJob Requirements\nHigh School Education or equivalent.\nMinimum two years of inspection experience following IPC-A-610 requirements of surface mount and through-hole technology for printed circuit board assemblies is a must.\nAbility to pass in-house IPC-A-610 Test and Certification Program.\nExperience using DMM (digital multimeter), Smart Tweezers, LED Testers; must have the ability to measure & interpret readings.\nExperience in contract manufacturing.\nAbility to read and understand manufacturing work instructions.\nAbility to identify components, polarity (placement of components), part marking, solder joint inspection.\nAbility to read and understand Engineering Drawings and Component Datasheets is a must.\nAbility to interpret quality control specifications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nComputer literate.\nAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers.\nPreferred but Not Required:\nIPC-A-610 CIS or CIT Certification through IPC Organization.\nJ-STD-001 CIS or CIT Certification through IPC Organization.\nExperience in ISO13485 (Medical) and AS9100 (Aerospace) products is a plus.\nVenture, a public listed company in SGX, is a leading global provider of technology services, products and solutions with established capabilities spanning marketing research, design, research and development.
