analysis, architecture, coding, code reviews, and production support.Integrate PEGA with legacy platforms and external systems.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve production issues.Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Qualifications10+ years of PEGA application development experience.PEGA SSA Certification is required.Experience deploying PEGA applications on Azure or similar cloud environments.Strong expertise in Case Management, Data Management, Decisioning, Integrations, Security, and Systems Administration.Experience integrating enterprise and legacy systems with the PEGA platform.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Healthcare or Customer Service domain experience is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Work AuthorizationW2: Open to US Citizens (USC), Green Card Holders (GC), and Green Card EAD holders.C2C: Open
