Rotor Wing Pilots possess strong aviation skills, a keen sense of safety, superior customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people, one-on-one and in large groups, sometimes in highly stressful situations. The Rotor Wing Pilot will be required to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\n5 years’ experience as a professional pilot preferred\n2000 hours Total Time required\n1500 hours Pilot in Command\n1000 R/W Turbine hours required\n100 hours instrument time preferred, 50 hours required\n100 hours of unaided nighttime required\nPilots with air medical transportation experience preferred\nPilots with NVG experience preferred\nMountain experience preferred. Experience evaluated on a case-by-case basis.\nMust hold FAA Commercial Helicopter Certificate with Instrument Helicopter Rating\nMust have and maintain FAA second class flight physical\nPerforms pre- and post-flight inspections.
