This role is key to sustaining a vibrant chapter by supporting programming, membership engagement, and the recognition of first-generation student achievement. This position plays a critical role in celebrating and advancing the success of first-generation students. By supporting Tri-Alpha initiatives, the Special Project Coordinator helps foster a sense of recognition, belonging, and community, ensuring that first-generation students are seen, supported, and connected.
