To enable this, we focus on designs and tools rooted in strong engineering principles like abstraction, composition, virtualization, automation, and iterative development cycles.\n\nWhat You Might Do\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-tested code following established best practices.\nCollaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features.\nIntegrate with databases and external services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment in cloud and local environments.\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\n8+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.\nExperience building RESTful APIs and microservices.\nFamiliarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.\nUnderstanding of version control systems, preferably Git.\nKnowledge of unit testing frameworks and debugging practices.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with Docker and containerized deployments.\nExperience building private cloud workflow.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.\n\nSalary Range: $162,000 - $225,000\n\nCompensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)\n\nThe salary range for this role is listed above.
