This role plays a key part in validating end-to-end workflows, identifying defects, automating testing processes, and supporting continuous software quality improvements to align with business and customer needs.Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, test cases, and scenarios for new and existing applications.• Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, system, API, end-to-end, and data validation.• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.• Write complex SQL queries and validate data across SQL and NoSQL platforms.• Validate data flows among applications, APIs, databases, file exchanges, and third-party systems.• Test REST APIs, web services, and healthcare-related integrations.• Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce defects, verify fixes, and enhance overall quality.• Support testing activities related to performance, scalability, reliability, and software releases.• Promote best practices in quality engineering, risk-based testing, and continuous process enhancements.• Ensure testing aligns with healthcare and revenue cycle management workflows and expectations.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering.• Experience testing database-driven applications and validating backend data.• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.• Experience testing REST APIs and web services using tools like Postman or Newman.• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• $85,000 to $115,000Benefits & Perks:• Comprehensive paid training• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• HSA and FSA options• 401(k) plan with company match• Paid wellness time and holidays• Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability• Internal growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
