Help Desk Technician

StaffBright is looking to hire a motivated IT Help Desk Support professional to join our client’s team in Riverview, MI. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring a smooth user experience while the organization undergoes critical system updates.What You Will Be Doing:Provide Level 1 help desk support in an on-site environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues for end users.Support Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory, including password resets, account management, and resolving access-related issues.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper system access and equipment setup for new hires.Partner with the IT team to support ongoing SAP system updates, helping to resolve user issues and maintain system functionality during implementation.Deliver strong customer service by responding to tickets and user requests in a timely and professional manner while documenting issues and resolutions.What We Need From You:1+ year of experience in a Level 1 help desk or desktop support role, preferably in an onsite environment.Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory.Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with end users of varying technical skill levels.Ability to work independently and think critically in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.Preferred Experience: Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.StaffBright – Who We AreStaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing.
