Proposal Coordinator

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development of compelling proposals, qualification statements, and marketing materials for a professional engineering services firm. This individual will play an important role in EBA's marketing team by coordinating proposal efforts, supporting business development initiatives, and helping communicate the firm's expertise and capabilities to clients.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate, develop, and produce proposal responses for state and local agenciesSupport proposal development efforts from kickoff through submissionAssist with gathering information from technical staff and organizing proposal contentEdit proposal and presentation materials for readability, clarity, consistency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formattingReview proposals for compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelinesTailor proposal materials to effectively communicate EBA\'s qualifications and experienceWrite and update technical content for proposals, brochures, and marketing materialsPrepare interview materials and presentations for shortlisted proposalsDevelop and update employee resumes and project descriptions in Deltek Vantagepoint Assist with award submissions and marketing collateral updatesFoster productive working relationships with internal teams and external partnersMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, English, communications, or associated field5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on proposal writing in the A/E/C industryExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracyExperience leading proposal responses from prepositioning through proposal submission and interview/presentationStrong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environmentExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadershipExcellent Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with SF330 proposalsExperience with Adobe InDesignExperience with CRM systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint and Unanet CRMWHAT WE OFFER:We offer a range of benefits to help you thrive in your career, including a competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package, health benefits encompassing medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, participation in a wellness rewards program designed to reduce or eliminate medical deductibles, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions from the company, flexible spending accounts, coverage for short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance benefits, paid holidays and vacation time, as well as reimbursement for tuition, certifications, and licensure to facilitate your ongoing professional advancement.WHAT WE DO:At EBA, we appreciate that our success depends upon the experience, knowledge, and teamwork of our staff.
