Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (7p–7a)Watertown, New YorkFull-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other WeekendPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our healthcare team in Watertown, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for our patients by delivering high-quality respiratory care services. This position requires clinical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to care.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate patient files (paper and electronic records)Accurately enter data into computerized patient records and billing systemsAssess patient needs using an understanding of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate carePerform oxygen, CPAP, and bi-level titrationsAssist with EEG patient testing as neededEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safety standardsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomesQualifications & RequirementsCurrent New York State license as Respiratory Therapist (RT or RTT)BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationMinimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experiencePolysomnography experience preferred (not required)Strong documentation and computer skillsCompensation & Benefits$10,000 Sign-On BonusCompetitive salary ($72,758.40 – $89,752.00 annually)24 days of PTO in your first yearFull benefits eligibility beginning the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment401(k) with employer matchLong-term disability and life insurance optionsScheduleFull-TimeNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMEvery other weekend requiredCompensation:$72,758 per year
