frameworkResponsibilitiesServe as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives all projects enhancementsRecommend product customization for system integrationIdentify problem causality business impact and root causesExhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors products and servicesAdvise or mentor junior team membersImpact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice counsel or facilitating servicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparencyDesign implement and maintain IAM systems and processes with a focus on PBACDevelop and implement automated solutions for user provisioning deprovisioning and accesscontrol managementCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM systems and processesCollaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure IAM solutions alignwith business needsTroubleshoot and resolve IAM related issues ensuring minimal disruption to businessoperationsStay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in IAMDevelop and deliver training to other teams on IAM policies and proceduresConduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilitiesContribute to the development of longterm IAM strategy and roadmapRecommended Qualifications5 years of experience in Identity and Access ManagementExperience working in Financial Services or a large complex andor global environmentProject Management experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationComprehensive knowledge of design metrics analytics tools benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practicesDemonstrated analyticdiagnostic skillsAbility to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teamsAbility to work independently prioritize and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiativeAbility to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsProven track record of operational process change and improvementBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalentexperienceStrong understanding of PBAC principles and implementation experience with leading PBACsolutions eg PlainID Axiomatics at scale handling large user populations and complex accessscenariosProven experience in scripting and automation using languages such as Python PowerShell orsimilarExperience with directory services eg Active Directory LDAP and identity providers egPlainID Okta Azure ADFamiliarity with security protocols such as SAML OAuth and OpenID ConnectStrong
