This position will partner with RH2 Engineering (CSNW's parent company) Accounting staff, and RH2 and CSNW Project Managers in support of project deliverables and finance operations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nThis role is responsible to provide administrative support to CSNW Project Managers, as well as partner with RH2 Engineering Accounting staff to ensure functions within CSNW, including AR, AP and payroll for CSNW company are fully completed\nPartner with RH2 Engineering's Administrative and Accounting staff to understand existing related processes, procedures, and internal systems, and is responsible for advancing existing and establishing new operational and administrative processes and procedures for CSNW related work\nPrimary resource for initial contract review for CSNW related projects, as well as coordinate initial project set up in company systems\nResponsible for company compliance with all Department of Labor, and prevailing wage requirements related to payroll and project bidding, award and execution, and crosstrain project personnel and employees on same as needed\nOversee the flow-downs for subcontractors on prevailing wage projects\nCoordinate with vendors and distributors to procure materials, process payments, and track shipping and receiving of materials\nObtain, review, and track current certificate of insurance from subcontractors\nAssist RH2 Engineering's Marketing Department with tracking potential project bid solicitation opportunities\nWill participate in the implementation of an inventory system(s) for asset management, inventory, and procurement\nPosition Requirements\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nMinimum of (5) years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in Procurement and/or Construction fields\nPrevious contract management experience\nPrevious experience overseeing the administration of prevailing wages for an organization\nUnderstanding of bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles\nPrevious experience administrating multi-state payroll, as well as coordination and management of AR and AP activities\nExceptional ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple departments, as well as present data to a wide range of individuals, including leadership within CSNW and RH2 Engineering\nPrevious experience implementing and maintaining inventory and asset tracking system(s)\nPrevious history overseeing insurance policies and related risk management strategies\nMust have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines\nPrevious experience establishing new processes and protocols within an organization\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desired\nEquivalent experience in related field or a combination of education and experience\nComputer Skills:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of\nMicrosoft Office Suite: including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word with Excel skills at an advanced proficiency skill level.\nKnowledge of or experience with Deltek Vision or Vantage Point is helpful.\nSit or stand at a desk for several hours to perform work in an office setting.\nAbility to lift 20 lbs. with or without accommodations.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position is primarily performed in an office/business setting. To successfully perform this job, an individual should have the ability, with or without a reasonable accommodation.\nCompensation:\nIndividual compensation will vary within the following range based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position: $35.00-$44.00/hour.
