We are excited about what we do, and we need you on our team as we take on exciting challenges for NASA's pursuits in deep space exploration.\nAs a Simulation Software Engineer you will:\nDevelop and maintain simulation software for Orion spacecraft systems.\nCollaborate with engineers to design, implement, and validate simulation models.\nUse Python and C++ to develop and optimize software solutions.\nSupport system integration and testing, ensuring software accuracy and reliability.\nWork within a multidisciplinary team to enhance mission-critical simulations.\nHere's What You'll Need:\nRequisition Qualifications:\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience in the field or in a related area\nExperience with C/C++ and Python\nExperience with simulation software (SIM) development\nStrong understanding of aerospace or spacecraft simulation environments.\nAbility to apply knowledge/experience towards timely completion of technical products & services\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nAbility to work in a multi-company team environment\nStrong leadership skills\nRequisition Preferences:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) from an accredited engineering school\nExperience with spacecraft simulation.\nExperience in software development for high-fidelity simulations.\nBackground in developing, testing, and optimizing simulation tools for aerospace applications.\nProof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position.\nMust be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.\nManagement has the prerogative to select at any level for which this position has been advertised.\nMRI Technologies is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
