This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for owning financial analysis, building investment materials, and driving deal execution from initial evaluation through close and integration.\n\nReporting directly to the Head of Corporate Development, you will join a collaborative team of passionate professionals who thrive on strategic execution, rapid iteration, and driving meaningful impact in the health and wellness space. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to evaluate, execute, and operationalize acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments that support Fullscript’s long-term growth strategy.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with prior investment banking or private equity experience who enjoys applying rigorous analysis in an operating environment and wants to be deeply involved in transactions end to end.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nM&A Execution & Deal Support\nExecute on M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation, diligence coordination, valuation, and deal structuring.\nBuild and own detailed financial models (3-statement, cash flow, LBO-style, accretion/dilution, and scenario analyses) to evaluate potential transactions.\nSupport deal negotiations by analyzing terms, sensitivities, and value drivers.\nCoordinate cross-functional diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, operations, and technology.\n\nFinancial Modeling & Investment Analysis\nDevelop high-quality, defensible valuation analyses and underwriting materials.\nAssess synergies, risks, and integration considerations and translate them into actionable insights.\nPerform market sizing, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to support investment theses.\nStress-test assumptions and clearly articulate key risks and upside scenarios.\n\nExecutive Communication & Materials\nCreate clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions.\nTranslate complex financial and strategic analyses into concise narratives and recommendations.\nPrepare investment memos, diligence summaries, and post-close performance tracking materials.\n\nMarket & Strategic Analysis\nSupport the identification and prioritization of acquisition, partnership, and build-vs-buy opportunities.\nConduct industry, market, and competitive research within healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services.\nTrack relevant market trends, regulatory developments, and capital markets activity.\n\nPost-Merger Integration Support\nPartner with internal stakeholders to support integration planning and execution.\nHelp track synergy realization and post-acquisition performance versus underwriting cases.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or a combination thereof; strong preference for candidates with banking or PE experience and direct transaction execution exposure.\nExperience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends.
