This role plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement across operations. The analyst works closely with compliance, quality, and operational teams to identify risks, support corrective actions, and ensure consistent execution of quality and compliance requirements in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance and quality records related to personnel, credentials, and operational readiness\nVerify that assigned staff meet required qualifications, training, and suitability requirements prior to operational assignment\nMonitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements\nIdentify, document, and escalate compliance risks or gaps to management\nSupport audits, reviews, and internal assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness\nPrepare routine and ad-hoc reports on compliance status, trends, and findings\nCollaborate with quality and operational leadership to recommend process improvements\nEnsure activities align with confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by tracking issues and corrective actions\nPerform duties using approved enterprise systems and tools\nPerform related duties as assigned within scope of practice\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management\nExperience supporting regulated programs, audits, or quality assurance activities\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAbility to type 45 words per minute\nDemonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical conduct\nClearance The applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment.\nSecurity Requirements Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance.\nFavorable credit check for all cleared positions.\nSuccessfully pass a background investigation, drug screen.\nUS Citizenship.\nWork Environment This is a onsite, full-time position. Occasional travel may be required based on operational needs. Work Schedule Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Schedule flexibility may be required, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support operational or compliance needs.\nPhysical Demands Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees\nClimbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 10% of the time\nLifting/Pulling/Pushing: 10% of the time\nFingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time\nSitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time\nAdditional Information This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
