We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and recurring cleaning services. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces.Responsibilities:• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and deep clean assigned areas• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines• Arrive on time and provide excellent customer serviceRequirements:• Reliable transportation required• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs• Must be dependable and punctual• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Positive attitude and willingness to learn• Must pass 90-day probation periodCompany Policies/Benefits:• Pay: $17–$20 per hour based on experience• Bi-weekly pay• Mileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile when using personal vehicle from office to job site and back• Company uniform: Red Cardinal Clean Team shirt and black pants required• Tips added to paychecks unless cash is received directly• Growth opportunities available as the company expandsSchedule:Part-time with flexible hours. xhyhwjd Schedule varies based on client bookings and business needs.
