Manager of T&E Accounting

A company is looking for a Manager, T&E Expense Accounting. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day T&E operations, ensuring timely processing and reimbursement of employee expense reports Develop systems to monitor T&E reporting for compliance with company policies and the Sunshine Act Train employees on expense reporting tools, policies, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 8+ years' experience in accounting, travel and expense administration, or finance operations, preferably in biotech or life sciences Strong knowledge of the Sunshine Act and related healthcare transparency regulations Proficiency with expense management systems, such as SAP Concur Experience working with auditors and SOX compliance A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate compliance risks
