We are looking for a hands-on Landscape Foreman to add to our team. Position OverviewThe Landscape Foreman leads on-site landscaping projects that support pool, hot tub, and sauna installations as well as standalone landscape projects. This role is responsible for coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safe, efficient job sites. xaygatp The ideal candidate is experienced in landscaping and comfortable leading a team in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute landscape projectsEnsure projects are completed on time and to quality standardsCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteTrain and mentor crew membersMaintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanlinessEnforce safety standards and proper work practicesQualificationsPrior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or outdoor laborForeman or crew lead experience strongly preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read basic plans or site layoutsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
