This full-time, in-store opportunity is suited to a polished sales professional with a strong background in fine jewelry and timepieces who can deliver a high-touch client experience in a boutique environment. The role offers the chance to work closely with ownership and store leadership while building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.ResponsibilitiesDeliver an elevated in-store sales experience for clients shopping fine jewelry and luxury watches.Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.Develop product knowledge across jewelry and watch categories in order to guide clients with confidence and accuracy.Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM system.Partner closely with ownership and store leadership on daily business priorities and client opportunities.Support KPI-driven selling through consistent follow-up, outreach, and clienteling.Represent this growing company with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewelry sales.Required experience selling both jewelry and watches in a luxury retail setting.Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.Comfort working in a commission-based selling environment.Professional presence and communication skills suited to a high-end clientele.Ability to work full-time on site in Naples, Florida.Experience using CRM tools and tracking client activity is preferred.
